We will gladly accept returns and refunds of full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged merchandise.
Returns are accepted within 14 DAYS of receiving order.
Customers must cover return shipping costs
Please note we do not accept returns on sale items
Please include a prepaid postage satchel for your item to be posted back for exchanges
CONDITION OF RETURN
-Hygiene strip MUST be attached to product
-Unworn and unwashed
-Original tags must still be attached
- A full price item
-If your return is not in perfect condition it will be sent it back to you
Please note we DO NOT offer refunds on change of mind and/or incorrect sizing purchases and you will be issued with a store credit note to the same value.
Refunds will only be available for products that TANDE Swim deem faulty.

- Once your return request has been received and approved you will be notified and sent details on how to return.
